Terms Of Service - Grandeur Autos

To reduce the number of cancellations and no-shows, Grandeur Autos will require a deposit from all new and old customers to secure a detailing service

Customer Responsibilities

  • You are required to remove all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from your vehicles before handing them over to us for your service. This includes money, electronics, important documents, jewelry, sunglasses, and clothing.
  • We advise you to thoroughly inspect your vehicles to ensure all personal items are removed.
  • Grandeur Autos will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left inside the vehicle during the detailing process. By agreeing to these terms, customers waive any claim against Grandeur Autos related to such items.
  • For clarity and mutual benefit, Grandeur Autos will take photo documentation of the vehicle’s condition upon arrival. Customers are also encouraged to take their photos before the service.
  • Failure to disclose existing damage may limit or void our liability for any claims of damage post-service.

Requirements for Mobile Detailing Services

  • Access to both water and electricity is essential for us to complete your detailing service.
  • We need an adequate amount of space on your property to complete the service.
  • Please note, In the case, the requirements can not be met a 50$ cancellation fee will be applied.

Deposit Policy

  • A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • This deposit is not an extra fee; it will be applied towards the total service cost. For example, if your service costs $280 and the deposit is $50, you will only pay $230 at checkout.
  • Deposits are required for new appointments.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we accommodate requests given with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • We understand that unexpected events can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your schedule. We ask that you respect our time by providing us with appropriate notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If this notice is not provided, a $50 fee will be charged.
  • Same-day cancellations will not be refunded, except in cases of bad weather, equipment failure, or staffing issues, where we may waive the fee.
  • We take great pride in delivering top-quality detailing services and due to the time it takes to complete services, cancellations and reschedules have a significant impact on our schedule. Therefore, we kindly request you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

No Show Policy

  • In the case of a no-show, there will be a 50% charge of the service fee.

Service Quality and Expectations

  • The outcome of your detailing service depends on the vehicle’s condition and previous maintenance.
  • We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee complete restoration.
  • Concerns must be raised within 48 hours post-service.

Liability and Damages

  • We always handle your vehicle with the greatest care, but please note that Grandeur Autos is not responsible for any damages that might occur during the service.
  • If anything happens while we’re detailing your vehicle, we’ll make sure to let you know right away.

Weather Conditions

  • Given Calgary’s unpredictable weather, we may not operate in bad weather conditions.
  • There will be no additional fees for rescheduling due to weather. We will communicate and reschedule your appointment at a convenient time.
